Our Story
Did you know 26% of Lowndes County Population is living below poverty lines?
Since our inception in 2021, starting as a non-profit relief organization during the pandemic, we have served over 100+ families during the Thanksgiving holiday season. This was made possible by the support of generous donors, community partners, and passionate volunteers, who donated their time and talent making the foundation's goals a reality!
Commemorating the legacy of Mrs. Fannie Grant Gilliam, a revered figure in Mosses, Al, we truly believe in the saying “no family left behind”.
Renowned for her selfless dedication to her community, Mrs. Gilliam's profound impact as an educator and foster mother inspired the foundation's mission to unite and uplift the residents of Lowndes County, Alabama.
